Please review the Terms & Conditions governing the relationship between customers and Circular Style Club. These terms and conditions pertain to the online rental of products. By signing up and/or availing services, you acknowledge that you have read, comprehended, and accepted these Terms and Conditions.

DEFINITIONS AND INTERPRETATION

The following definitions apply to these terms and conditions:

a) Circular Style Club: Refers to the company registered in Ireland. The contract is governed by The Laws of the Republic of Ireland. References to “us” or “we” indicate Circular Style Club, while “you” denotes the person hiring from us.

b) Rental Period: Refers to the period stated in the rental order, starting from the reservation date to the safe return date to Circular Style Club.

c) Services: Denotes the luxury handbag rental and dress rental service provided by Circular Style Club through this site.

  1. Unless specified otherwise, references to ‘terms’, ‘conditions’, ‘terms and conditions’ or ‘these terms’ mean these terms and conditions.
  2. References to Services (as defined above) pertain to the luxury handbag rental and dress rental services offered by Circular Style Club and exclude services rendered by any third party.
  3. Clause and paragraph headings do not affect the interpretation of these terms.
  4. Expressions such as ‘including,’ ‘include,’ ‘in particular,’ ‘for example,’ or similar phrases are illustrative and do not limit the preceding terms.

Our Charges

a) Charges for hiring goods: You must pay the hire charges as shown in the order. Hire charges commence on the booked day and continue until the goods are returned in a clean and undamaged condition. Charges are applicable for the entire duration, including Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays. All owed charges must be paid upon request.

b) Late fees: The rental period is a week (7 days). If the rented product isn’t returned within this period plus one grace day, a late fee will be charged per day, up to 100% of the Retail Value.

Delivery and Collection Charges

You must pay agreed charges for delivering or collecting goods.

When the Contract Starts

The contract starts when you place an order, agree to these conditions, and we accept your offer.

Cancellations

Cancellations made 48 hours before the delivery day will not be refunded.

Your Responsibility when Hiring Goods

You become responsible for the goods upon receipt. Your responsibility includes protecting the goods from weather, theft, vandalism, or improper use. At the end of the hire period, return the goods unless other arrangements are made.

Maintaining Hired Goods

Treat the items as if they were your own. Normal wear and tear are covered, but any damage beyond this may result in charges for repair or replacement. Do not attempt to clean or repair products. Report damage immediately.

Return Policy

In case of loss, theft, or non-return, charges may apply as specified. Legal action may be taken for unreturned items. Follow provided instructions for returning items.

Limits of our Liability

a) Quoted delivery times are approximate.

b) We are not liable for delays beyond our reasonable control.

Lost, Stolen, Damaged, or Unclean Hired Goods

You must pay for lost, stolen, or irreparably damaged goods. Normal wear and tear are covered, but you are responsible for returning goods in good condition. Repair or cleaning costs apply for damaged or unclean returns.

Separate terms

If any term in this contract cannot be enforced, it will not affect the remaining terms.
